## ECRRepoCreate.yaml
AWS CloudFormation template for creating an ECR repository with cross-account access. This cloudformation will allow ECR Repository to be shared between supplied prinicipal accounts.
### Parameters:
RepositoryName - ECR Repository Name
Account - Account with Cross Account Role
### Outputs:
RepoArn - ECR Repository ARN
