## Changes
* 21-Sep-2018: All labs are modified to use `Seoul` region (ap-northeast-2).
* 08-Oct-2018:
    * All labs includes lab-time measurement record for the reference.
    * All labs are modified to use `/tmp` directory when handling big files to save user directory disk spaces.
    * A kernel for all labs are set to use `conda_python3` except for the specific case (ex. module 4 using TensorFlow)
