## 前提条件

1. **AWS global region 账户**. 注册账号 [open an AWS account](https://aws.amazon.com). 
您需要一张信用卡来完成注册。

1. **Amazon developer account**. 打开 [Amazon Developer Portal](https://developer.amazon.com/) 
注册一个免费的开发者账号。

1. **Alexa APP**. 通过 App Store 或者 Google Play 下载 Alexa APP
    - 对于 iPhone 用户，中国区的 App Store 是无法下载到 Alexa APP. 请切换到其他国家的 app store 账号
    - 对于 Android 用户，您可能需要使用 VPN ，并且将手机的地区设置切换到除中国以外的其他地区，关闭 GPS. 如果您的国家设置
    和 GPS 位置依然在中国，您打开 APP 的时候可能会获得 timeout 错误。
    - 如果您无法下载 Alexa APP, 您可以使用 [AWS Device Farm](https://aws.amazon.com/device-farm/)

## 限制

1. 目前 Alexa 暂不支持中文

1. 目前该 workshop 只支持选择 **N.Virginia(us-east-1)** AWS Region。

## AWS 知识要求

您最好拥有如下 AWS 知识来确保 Workshop 的顺利完成。但这并不是必要条件。

| 4     | Can demonstrate a deeper level of understanding in integration/arch context/coding. |
| 5     | Subject matter expert in this Service. |
