在本章节中，我们会执行Discovery完成设备发现。 有很多触发 [Discover](https://developer.amazon.com/docs/device-apis/alexa-discovery.html) 指令的方法，其中最简单的方法就是
对着 Echo/Alexa App 或者 AVS devices 说 "Alexa, discover my smart home devices"。

1. 打开 **Alexa App** 或者使用 [Alexa Web Portal](https://alexa.amazon.com)

1. 选择 **Devices**, 并且点击 **添加图标**

1. 选择 **Add Device**

1. 滚动到最下方, 选择 **Other**

1. 点击 **Discover Devices**. 等待20秒, 发现设备的过程可能需要一些时间    

1. 当发现结束后, 返回到 **Devices** 界面. 接下来您需要为智能灯泡起一个 **friendly name** 

1. 选择 **All Devices**, 您应该可以看到一个叫 **Smart Lamp** 设备

1. 选择该自动发现的设备   

1. 点击 **Edit Name**, 输入设备的昵称. 当你修改了昵称后，您可以通过语音来控制这个设备了，例如：
    - `Alexa, turn on the <device-friendly-name>`
    - `Alexa, turn off the <device-friendly-name>`
