Following API-GATEWAY Controls are implemented:

1. aws-apigateway-m-1: API Gateway resources should not be publicly accessible
2. aws-apigateway-m-2: Enforce encryption if caching is enabled in REST API
3. aws-apigateway-m-3: For HTTP backend integrations, the URL endpoint should be HTTPS URL
4. aws-apigateway-m-4: Restrict API deployment if logging is not enabled
5. aws-apigateway-r-1: Enforcement of authorization for API Gateway Method
