#### Participants List

Customer should provide information about the Jam event participants including Name, Email, and the level of AWS knowledge (Low, Medium, or High) in the table below. This information will be used by the event facilitator to divide participants into teams and to setup the event environment. Participants should represent groups within customer organization responsible for configuring, maintaining, and operating cloud environment. 

Teams will be able to use built-in team chat capability within the AWS Jam platform to communicate during the event. Teams can also choose to use a video conference tool to coordinate challenges execution during the session.

#### Event Date

*   Jam event should be scheduled at least 14 days in advance
    
*   Jam event should be scheduled for 5 to 6 hours in length
    

#### Event Location

Option 1 - physical location

*   physical room where the event will be conducted should have a display with a computer to be used for the initial presentation and the Jam leaderboard
    

Option 2 - virtual location

*   conference bridge information will be provided by the event facilitator once the event is scheduled

Each Jam event participant should visit [https://jam.awsevents.com](https://jam.awsevents.com) and register for an account if they don’t already have one.
