Once production cutoff is complete for the project, the AWS EM works towards getting customer feedback, reviews success metrics and business outcomes with the Project Sponsor and Executive Team. Periodic feedback is also obtained using Customer Frequent Feedback process while CSAT is collected only towards the end of the project.
