Plan resource onboarding according to the following:

1) Overall project timeline
2) Wave plan and pipeline

To identify and onboard resources, perform the following activities:

1) Raise resource requests
2) Identify availability of resources based on the required timeline
3) After you identify the resources, onboard them to the migration environment 
#### Acceptance Criteria
