## Task 1: Allocate project resources
#### Description
For this task, identify all the applications that need to be migrated. Mainframe migrations can be done using two different strategies: 

1) Refactor
2) Replatform

Once all Mainframe applications are identified for migration, allocate the project resources such as 

1) Teams who perform the migration
2) Migration plan with identified outcomes
3) AWS Cloud accounts setup
