In this the task, you use the the learnings and experience gained from the Proof of Concept (POC) migration to generate a detailed plan and solution for the Migrate phase. The detailed solution must include detailed plans for the following: 

1) Migrating
2) Testing (the testing plan must cover metrics, criteria, and timeline)
3) Deployment
4) Integration
5) Human resources
#### Acceptance Criteria
• A detailed solution for migrating the mainframe environment to AWS.
## Task 2: Business case
#### Description
In this task you create a business case report that covers the following: 

1) The scope overviews
2) An on-premises estimate using industry benchmarks and cost modelling scenarios
3) Utilization patterns


#### Acceptance Criteria
• A detailed directional business case report
## Task 3: Statement of Work
#### Description
A statement of work (SOW) document is provided after a detailed solution is generated which includes 

1) The scope overviews
2) Estimated effort for mainframe migration to AWS
3) Estimated people and resources 
4) Cost


#### Acceptance Criteria
• Finalized and signed SOW
