## Sumo Logic Trial Account

If you do not have a Sumo Logic account, sign up for free. For trial accounts, all of the data collected as a result from this guide will be free of charge.

1. [Sign up for a free trial](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-o622lpl6biu6s?trk=el_a134p000003yrYeAAI&trkCampaign=AWSMP_pdp_dev_x_dg&sc_channel=el&sc_campaign=el_awsmp_mult&sc_outcome=Marketplace) through the AWS Marketplace site.

1. Once your account is activated, click the *x* at the top right of the *Welcome to Sumo Logic* web page. You will not need to follow the in-application guide.
