Demo showcasing the use of new FlinkKinesisConsumer with Enhanced Fan-Out (EFO) support. In this demo, we'll explore how to use multiple EFO consumers against a single Kinesis Data Stream (KDS) to achieve higher consumption throughput - esp with a stream that has Long Term Retention (LTR) enabled.
