Feature: Verify Auth Status on Sign In and Sign Out

`useAuthenticator` and `AuthService` export `authStatus` that can be used to check
the authenticated status of the application.

This feature tests that `authStatus` is available and updated even if Authenticator
UI is not rendered in the DOM tree.
