# AwsCommunity::Time::Static

Creates a static time stamp.

## Syntax

To declare this entity in your AWS CloudFormation template, use the following syntax:

#### Time

Optional parameter to represent the time or default is now.

_Required_: No

_Type_: String

_Pattern_: <code>^\d{4}-[0-1][0-3]-[0-3]\d{1}T[0-2]\d{1}:[0-5]\d{1}:[0-5]\d{1}Z$</code>

## Return Values

### Ref

When you pass the logical ID of this resource to the intrinsic `Ref` function, Ref returns the Id.

### Fn::GetAtt

The `Fn::GetAtt` intrinsic function returns a value for a specified attribute of this type. The following are the available attributes and sample return values.

#### Id

Id is a unique identifier that is auto generated.

#### Utc

UTC returns the time in UTC format.

#### Day

Day returns the day of the month.

#### Hour

Hour returns the hour within the day, in the range [0, 23].

#### Minute

Minute returns the minute offset within the hour, in the range [0, 59].

#### Month

Month returns the month of the year.

#### Second

Second returns the second offset within the minute, in the range [0, 59].

#### Unix

Unix returns a Unix time, the number of seconds elapsed since January 1, 1970 UTC.

#### Year

Year returns the year.
