# Snowflake::Role::Role

Specifies the identifier for the role; must be unique for your account.

#### Comment

Specifies a comment for the role.

## Return Values

### Ref

When you pass the logical ID of this resource to the intrinsic `Ref` function, Ref returns the Name.
