Steps to setup Lambda Layer used in the code:
1. Create a folder named python, navigate your way into the folder
2. Then, run the following commands
     pip install crhelper -t .
     pip install boto3 -t .

2. The above mentioned commands will install all the required libraries in a folder.
4. Zip the folder with all the libraries and upload it to S3

			Or

In the packages folder, navigate to lambda_layers folder, use the zip provided directly for setting up of the lambda layers.
Take the zip, and upload it to S3.
