# AppMesh Monitoring Guide
AppMesh controller supports monitoring the control plane with Prometheus and Grafana.

## Install Prometheus
Follow instructions in [appmesh-prometheus](https://github.com/aws/eks-charts/tree/master/stable/appmesh-prometheus) helm chart.

## Install Grafana
Follow instructions in [appmesh-grafana](https://github.com/aws/eks-charts/tree/master/stable/appmesh-grafana) helm chart.
